Our Story
RCS Software was founded in 1999 with a single mission: build enterprise-grade procurement and asset management software that actually works for the people who use it every day.
In the early 2000s, we won our first enterprise clients and quickly learned that procurement doesn't end at the purchase order. Assets need to be tracked, maintained, depreciated, audited, and eventually retired. That insight led us to build the Source-to-Retire (S2R) framework that now powers TRAXX.
Over 25 years, we've deployed 350+ installations across manufacturing, BFSI, retail, media, pharma, and public sector organizations. Our platform manages over 2 million assets and serves 500+ clients globally.
